We provide a fully insured, prepaid FedEx shipping kit at no cost to you. Every shipment is covered by our comprehensive insurance policy from pickup to delivery — whether we accept your offer or return your diamonds.
There is no cost to you for shipping in either direction. If you decline our offer, your diamonds are returned fully insured at our expense.

What's included in the shipping kit.
Our shipping kit includes a tamper-evident security envelope, bubble wrap and protective packaging, a prepaid FedEx label with full insurance coverage, and detailed instructions for packaging your diamonds safely. Contact us to request a kit — we will send it to you within 1–2 business days.

Packaging Instructions
How to package your diamonds for shipment.
Place your diamonds in the provided security envelope. If you have multiple stones or parcels, place each in a separate labeled container or envelope before placing in the security envelope. Seal the envelope securely and place it in the provided FedEx box with the bubble wrap. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any FedEx location.
