Initial Contact
Contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Describe your diamonds — type, quantity, approximate size. We will advise on the best method to proceed.

Shipping Kit Provided
We send you a fully insured, prepaid FedEx shipping kit at no cost. The kit includes a tamper-evident security envelope, protective packaging, a prepaid label, and complete insurance coverage.

Secure Receipt
Your diamonds arrive at our facility and are logged into our secure system. You receive a confirmation of receipt with a full inventory count.

Professional Grading
Our expert gemologists evaluate every diamond using professional-grade microscopes, colorimeters, and precision scales. We grade each stone against GIA standards.

Market Pricing
We price every diamond against current Rapaport Diamond Report data — the industry standard — adjusted for current market demand, stone quality, and lot composition.

Offer & Immediate Payment
We present our offer within 24 hours. If you accept, payment is made immediately by wire transfer or check. If you decline, your diamonds are returned fully insured at our expense.
